Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours after receiving the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

YCLS strives to provide its customers with the best shopping experience possible. However, once a product has been sold or delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products as they cannot be reused. YCLS is not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery.

Quality Issues

If you encounter any problems or quality issues with your product, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Simply contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of delivery for product shipment queries.

Return Conditions

We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. The product must be returned with its original receipt/tags intact and in a saleable condition. An item can be returned within 6 days from the date of product delivery if it is in a physically damaged condition, has missing parts or accessories, or the product packaging has not been opened.

Refund Process

Once your return or refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7–21 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund value of your order. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or wrong application of the product will not be covered.
